If there will be mysteries to solve, you will have to play the perfect student by taking courses - knowing that you will enter directly into the fifth year (which implies catching up). We will have the right to learn about spells, herbology or potions, from a cast of teachers. In short, life at Hogwarts will be an integral part of the experience and will evolve visually over the seasons.
In between classes, you'll be free to explore the wizarding world. Besides Hogwarts, you'll be able to swing through Hogsmeade, the Forbidden Forest or the surrounding area of the Outer World (spoiler: you'll be able to travel on a broom). The environments are going to be very extensive. Note that some passages will only be opened after solving a puzzle.
There is a wide range of spells that can be used in Hogwarts Legacy: The Hogwarts Legacy. They will allow you to interact with certain elements of the scenery (for example: create a bridge) and also to defend yourself against enemies, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. You will have to learn to read the attacks received and to retaliate accordingly, via a counter-attack system. Spells such as "Descendo" or "Incendio" can be used, as well as potions to strengthen your abilities or aggressive plants to give you a little boost.
Hogwarts Legacy: Hogwarts Legacy will feature several play styles, so you can further specialize your hero or heroine according to your preferences. Some may even succumb to the dark side of the Force because of Unforgivable Spells.
